Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your analysis, you can request a full refund within 30 days. Use the refund link in your summary email — it takes about 60 seconds to complete. No questions asked.
If you can't find your summary email, check your spam folder or contact support with your payment confirmation.
Support
For questions about your analysis or technical issues, reply directly to your summary email and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Include your share link or the email address you used at checkout so we can look up your job. We respond within one business day.
Privacy and data requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you, email us with your share link or job ID. Because we store only a hash of your email (not the address itself), we need the share link or job ID to look up your record. We respond to rights requests within 45 days.
